What has been the top key to your success in automotive?
My journey in the automotive industry revolves around navigating the unknown, fostering relationships, and prioritizing customer centricity. Whether with dealer support staff or dealers directly, I aim to simplify pre- and post- sales interactions to encourage repeat business through seamless and reliable interactions. I believe in humanizing the automotive experience by simplifying processes, making information accessible, and building relationships with key figures who understand industry needs. Broadening my expertise across sectors has deepened my understanding of the dealership ecosystem, allowing me to align my strategies. This has provided me valuable insights that have shaped my journey in the automotive industry, transforming me from a novice to a confident industry advocate.
