(LGM) is proud to announce the release of its 2024 Sustainability Report, a comprehensive overview of the organization’s progress and purpose-driven initiatives over the past fiscal year. The report celebrates the firm’s achievements and ongoing efforts to build a more sustainable future both within their business and in the communities they serve.

Prepared as part of our membership with the United Nations Global Compact, the report reflects LGM’s dedication to making a measurable impact across five of the 17 urgent calls to action as outlined by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The UN SDGs of focus for LGM include: Gender Equality (SDG 5), Affordable and Clean Energy (SDG 7), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Climate Action (SDG 13). 

Key Highlights from the 2024 Sustainability Report: 

  • Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory completion, with a 72% reduction in total emissions since the organization previous Inventory Report. 
  • Ensuring pay equity, fair living wage and gender parity in management. 
  • Public submission of our Communication on Progress (COP) to the UNGC, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and responsible leadership.
  • Defined goals for 2025, with a focus on becoming carbon neutral in the coming year(s).
  • Continued investment in community programs and program governance.
