Matt Boyle, Director, Sales Effectiveness at LGM, was recognized with Remarketing’s Under 40 award. He was asked by Auto Remarketing Canada, “What has been the top key to your success in automotive?”
He shared:
“I was born into an entrepreneurial family where I was able to see first-hand how my parents handled being surrounded by challenge. Watching their focus and determination as they tackled whatever life threw at them was a remarkable lesson in self-discipline and it is what helped me excel in sport, paving the way for me to play professional hockey in Europe and following university, embark on my automotive career. Automotive is an industry where those that succeed are the ones with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Being resilient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented – even when the conditions say otherwise, are attributes that have helped me ‘find another way’ and keep going. I am grateful to work with a group of like-minded, team-centric automotive professionals at LGM that share the same energy and values.”
