LGM announces that effective August 1, 2023, the administrator for the Loan Protection Program will be changing from LGM Financial Services Inc. (LGM) to LGM Group Insurance Administrative Services Inc. (New Administrator).
LGM confirms that there will be a seamless transition for all Loan Protection insurance certificate holders during this change. The New Administrator will take over all administrative functions of LGM and there will be no change to the existing contact numbers or addresses for certificate holders. A high standard of service will continue to be at the forefront of services performed by the New Administrator. The Loan Protection Program is underwritten by Co-operators Life Insurance Company and administered by LGM Group Insurance Administrative Services Inc., an affiliate of LGM Financial Services Inc. Supporting services, such as enrolment intake, medical underwriting, and claims administration, are provided by the employees of CUMIS Services Incorporated, a subsidiary of Co-operators Life Insurance Company.
