BMW

In 2010, we partnered with BMW Group Financial Services to be the exclusive distributor for their Tire and Rim Protection product. Designed specifically for BMW and MINI customers, Tire and Rim Protection offers peace of mind while on the road.

The quick success of this initial program created demand for additional protection products and led to the release of Appearance Protection.

Kia

Our partnership with Kia Canada has grown to provide a full suite of Business Office products. The partnership began in 2008 with the launch of the Kia Extended Protection Plan, an extended warranty product for new and pre-owned Kia vehicles. Shortly after the initial launch, the relationship expanded to include a Kia Certified Pre-owned™ vehicle program. As of 2010, the Kia Extended Protection Plan transformed into a full suite of Business Office products called Kia Protect™.

Kia Protect™ is the only Business Office product suite to be officially endorsed and backed by Kia Canada. It consists of Mechanical Breakdown Protection, Wear Protection, Loan Protection, and Anti-Theft products and is available to all authorized Kia Canada dealers. Kia Protect™ provides Kia dealerships with products specifically tailored to their brand ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for years to come.

We market and administer Elite Wear Protection and Elite Anti-Theft products to Infiniti retailers across Canada as an extension of Infiniti Protection Plan.

Mazda

In August 2011, we were pleased to add Mazda Canada to our growing portfolio of OEM partners with the introduction of Wear Protection for lease customers. Wear Protection is the only comprehensive interior and exterior warranty solution to keep vehicles looking new.

It is also the only product of its kind backed by Mazda Canada making it simple for dealers to sell and easy for customers to understand that they are getting the best protection coverage available.

Nissan

July 2012 began our partnership with Nissan Canada Extended Services Inc (NCESI) to market and administer Wear Protection and Anti-Theft products for Nissan Security + Plus.

In addition to adding these two new protection products, NCESI endorsed the sale of LGM’s proprietary SecureDrive Mechanical Breakdown Protection for off-make vehicles sold though Nissan and Infiniti stores. This strategic move allows their dealer networks to realize efficiencies by providing a single source solution for all Business Office products.

Volkswagen

In October 2004, we partnered with VW Canada to create Volkswagen Protection Plus® (VWPP) Mechanical Breakdown Protection; marking the start of a successful partnership. Leveraging the VWPP platform, Wear Protection and Loan Protection products were added to the product suite in May 2009. Most recently, the VWPP Anti-Theft program has been added to complete the full suite of Business Office products.


VWPP is the only extended service contract program officially endorsed and backed by Volkswagen Canada. By offering VWPP products on every sale, Volkswagen dealerships provide their customers with the best ownership experience possible while ensuring the reliability and dependability of their vehicle for years to come.

VWPP has been custom designed to suit the Canadian marketplace and crafted with features and benefits built for the Canadian driver.
